CI Design World Headquarters, Irvine, CA.  Preconstruction and construction services for new 30,000 sf concrete tilt-up, build-to-suit headquarters for an international computer technology company.  Project includes office, warehouse, engineering, testing, and fabrication facilities.  Winner of Golden Nugget “Best in the West” 2007.

The Koll Center, Spectrum V, Irvine, CA.  New construction of office/flex development, consisting of 27 concrete tilt-up buildings, totaling 140,000 sf on approximately nine acres.

Koll Seismic Renovations, Irvine, CA.  Construction Management services for the seismic renovation of 52 tilt-up buildings.

Koll Office Park Exterior Renovation, Santa Fe Springs, CA.  Exterior façade renovation of seven office/industrial tilt-up buildings.

Stadium West Business Center, Anaheim, CA.  New construction of an office/flex development, consisting of 16 concrete tilt-up buildings, totaling 163,000 sf on approximately nine acres.

Mazda Seismic Renovations, Irvine, CA.  Seismic upgrade of two (2) occupied industrial/office tilt-up buildings. 

Kinemetrics, Pasadena, CA.  Design-build development consisting of two flex-tech buildings with approximately 17,000 SF.

Vinedo Research Center, Pasadena, CA.  Conversion of a chip manufacturing facility into a multi-tenant, tilt-up speculative office/research project.  Includes complete interior, exterior, and site renovation.
